When it comes to living your most courageous life, I have a simple philosophy, invest in and live a life of intention. Which really means making big moves and not waiting for life to happen to you. As a life coach for more than 10 years, I have devoted my practice to helping people get in touch with their most authentic selves and move past the gremlins and old stories that can hold us all back. In addition to being a certified life coach, I am a licensed therapist and always bring that lens of understanding to the work I do.
The years working as a therapist provided me with the foundation to be able to create a supportive environment for an open dialogue with my clients while remaining objective and neutral. I see my Life Coaching practice as a way to expand these skills and serve as a helpful ally to my clients as we work together to uncover the possibilities and potential in their lives.
I am happy to call San Francisco my home — where I have worked, studied, met and married my husband and raised our two daughters. We share our home with two very loved rescue dogs.
